Barbara Cole, 70, of Woodbine, MD passed away on Tuesday, May 23, 2023.
She was the wife of the beloved Michael Cole, Sr. for 52 years.
She was born July 28, 1952, in Baltimore, MD the daughter of the late Nick Panagakos and Bettie Panagakos.
Barbara was a member of The Greek Orthodox Cathedral of the Annunciation in Baltimore, MD, and was an avid reader.
Surviving in addition to her husband and mother are her children Michael Cole, Jr, and Heather Rutstein and husband Aaron; grandchildren Ayla Cole, Leah Cole, Alex Cole, Zoe Rutstein, and Harrison Rutstein; brother Pete Panagakos and Nick Panagakos.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 25, 2023, from 4-6 PM at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, P.A. 1212 West Old Liberty Road Sykesville, MD 21784 (Beside South Carroll High School).
Graveside service will be held on Friday, May 26, 2023, at 1:00 PM at Lake View Memorial Park 2724 Liberty Road Sykesville, MD 21784.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to The American Cancer Society PO Box 6704
