Obituary for Bobby Joe Carter
Bobby Joe Carter, age 76, of Dayton, MD passed away on September 12, 2020, at his home.
He was born September 12, 1944, in Mercer, West Virginia, the son of the late Sylvester Otis Carter and late Hazel Christine (May) Carter.
He was the husband of Sandra (Clement) Carter for 55 years.
He was a truck driver for 55 years for Parker Fuel Company, who awarded him a gold plaque for his years of service.
Besides his wife, Bobby Joe is survived by sons: Bobby J. Carter Jr. and wife Sherry, and Dale E. Carter and wife Renee; grandchildren: Robby, Randy, Justin, Greg, Taylor, Cole, Kelsey, Sam and Tess; and great-granddaughter Caylee.
This verse is a comforting reminder for those that have loved ones in heaven: Those who die in the Lord live with Him, and so they live with us as He does the resurrection of life over all defeat, over death itself.
