Obituary for Cora "Peggy" Williamson (Disney)

Cora “Peggy” Williamson (nee Disney), 95, of Winfield passed away on Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at her home.
She was the spouse of the late William A. Williamson.
She was born September 2, 1925, in Baltimore, MD, the daughter of the late Arthur Norment Disney, Sr, and the late Cora Oleva Disney (nee Lego).
She graduated from Eastern High School in Baltimore, MD in 1944. After graduation she did clerical work at banks, she also worked as a model. Peggy enjoyed gambling and BINGO at Sykesville and Winfield Vol. Fire Departments, Decorative painting, cooking, and puzzles. She loved spending time with her family.
She is survived by her daughter Cathy Baynar and husband Jack of Winfield, MD; granddaughters Jennifer Becker of Winfield, and Tracey Davidson of Chambersburg, PA; grandson Mike Baynar & wife Carla of Winfield; 8 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Preceded in death by her brother Arthur Norment Disney, Jr.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, May 16, 2021 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, P.A. 1212 W. Old Liberty Road Winfield, MD 21784 (Beside South Carroll High School). Where funeral service will be held on Monday, May 17, 2021 at 11:30 AM. Mask are required at the funeral home.
Interment to follow at Lake View Memorial Park.
