Frank E. Horter, III 82 of Reisterstown
Passed Saturday, September 18, 2021 after a brief illness
Beloved husband of 54 years to Barbara Lee (Duvall) Horter.
He was born May 20, 1939 in Philadelphia, PA the son of the late Frank E. Horter, Jr. and the late Elizabeth (Herman) Horter.
Frank was a retired insurance agent for United Insurance Company. Mr. Horter was a member of Reisterstown American Legion Post 116. He was an avid youth sports fan and coach and his grandchildren’s biggest cheerleader. His greatest joy was spending time with them. He was a history buff and enjoyed traveling to different battlefield sites and national parks. Frank was always ready for a road trip. He also liked spending time at the Legion and the Reisterstown Senior Center

Sykesville, MD 21784 and Monday, September 27, 2021 11 AM until time of Funeral Service. Funeral Services will be 12 noon Monday September 27, 2021 at the funeral home.
