Obituary for Helen V. Zumbrun (Tracey )

HELEN V. ZUMBRUN (NEE TRACEY), 84 of Randallstown, MD Passed peacefully at her son’s home on Monday, May 4, 2020.

Beloved wife of the late George N. Zumbrun Sr. and the late Ronald Spealman, Sr.

Born February 1, 1936 in Butler, MD the daughter of the late James Melvin Tracey, Sr., and the late Anna Virginia Tracey (nee Smoot).

She was a retired building security officer for the Rouse Company. Helen was a member of Granite Presbyterian Church, Woodstock, MD, and a Life Member of Liberty Rd. Vol. Fire Dept, Ladies Auxiliary, she loved caring for and spending time with her family and spoiling and rocking all the babies. She enjoyed gardening and playing cards and bingo with her family and friends. She was sweet and kind and always smiling. She had won pageants for her beauty, both inside and out.

Devoted Mother of Mary Mattison and husband Raymond of Union Bridge, Tracie Green and husband Kenneth of Sykesville, George Zumbrun, Jr. of Randallstown, Ronald Spealman Jr. and wife Teresa of Dundalk, Michael Spealman of PA, and James Spealman of Owings Mills.

Stepmother of Jay Zumbrun of Hanover, PA and Mark Zumbrun and wife April of Jacksonville, FL.
Cherished Sister of James Tracey, Jr. of Pikesville, Eugene Tracey of Ohio, Sharon Quinto of PA and Troy Tracey of PA and the late Joyce Nickoles and the late Roger Tracey. Also survived and dearly treasured by 14 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

Viewing will be Sunday, May 10, 2020 3:00-6:00. Must be done in compliance to groups of 10.

FUNERAL SERVICES WILL BE PRIVATE DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC AND STATE LAW.

THE Private FUNERAL WILL BE Monday, May 11, 2020 12:30 PM at the Funeral Home.
