Janet Rafferty Manning, age 85, of Glen Arm, MD., formerly of Randallstown, and Reisterstown, MD died on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at home.
Janet was born November 12, 1935 in Baltimore, MD., the daughter of the late John William Rafferty and the late Lelia M. Rafferty (nee Cord).
She was the wife of the late Francis X. Manning.
She was a Homemaker and worked at Harleysville Insurance Company. She was a member of the RED HATS- Senior Citizens.
Surviving are her sons, Timothy Manning and wife Lisa of Glen Arm, MD, and Brian Manning of Forest Hill, MD.
Sister of Marge Evans of Randallstown and the late John Rafferty; sister-in-law of Elaine Rafferty.
Grandmother of Garrett Manning, Kevin Kelly & wife Emily, Amy Garland and husband Eric, and Erin Kelly; great grandmother of Brennan Kelly and Grayson Garland.
