Obituary for Judy Annette Myers
Judy Annette Myers 64, of Hagerstown, MD was received into the loving arms of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ February 17, 2021 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Born to the late Charles Edward Myers and the late Kathryn Mae Myers on May 12, 1956
Judy was a hardworking family-oriented role model who was active in the community. She excelled at her craft as a Chef in multiple restaurants and worked for Howard and Montgomery County public Schools combined for over 20 years.
She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, cooking, singing, dancing, crocheting, bingo and the love of taking Polaroid pictures. Judy’s core value was the love of family. She was the definition of a selfless servant.
Judy leaves to cherish and celebrate her life; loving daughter Lannette Myers, granddaughter Audreana Myers and life partner Tyrone Parker, Sr. Brothers Garry Myers, Sr. Hagerstown, MD, Kevin Myers Sr. and wife Cynthia Myers, Mt. Airy, MD, Charles Myers, Sr. and wife Michelle Myers, Frederick, MD and Donald Myers and wife Jacqueline Myers, Hagerstown, MD, Sister-in-law Carleen Myers, Germantown, MD. Godchildren Tyrone Harper, Ciera Myers, and Samantha Myers; a host of nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles. Special friends include Judy Williams, Sharon Jones, and Voretta Gray-Dotson. She is proceeded in death by three brothers Edward, Timothy, Randy and one sister Felicia as well as two grandchildren Chauncey and Curtessa.
The family will receive friends Friday February 26, 2021 10 Am to 11 Am with Funeral Services at 11 Am at BURRIER-QUEEN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, P.A., 1212 W. Old Liberty Rd. Sykesville, MD 21784. Social Distancing must be observed, and Masks worn. A Livestream of the funeral service will be available starting at 10:50 AM at www.burrier-queen.com. Interment Simpson UMC Cemetery 1:30 PM.
