M. June Lucas (nee Shreve), 94 of Sykesville, MD passed away on Friday, March 18, 2022, at the Dove House in Westminster, MD.
She was the wife of the late George P. Lucas, Jr.
Mrs. Lucas was born June 29, 1927, in Kansas City, Missouri the daughter of the late Clifford & Mildred Shreve.
June was employed by the State Police (decoded accidents). Later by Jamesway Department Store and DH Outlet. She loved shopping at craft & antique stores, drinking tea and reading. She enjoyed spending time with her family & watching Law & Order Shows.
Devoted mother of Kenneth Lucas & wife Allison, Duane Lucas, and Diane D’Adamo & husband Phil. Dear sister of Raymond Shreve. Loving grandmother of Amber Ritenour & April Donahue.
The Family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 22, 2022, from 3-5 PM at BURRIER-QUEEN FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, P.A. 1212 West Old Liberty Road Winfield, MD 21784 (Beside South Carroll High School). Where funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, March 23, 2022, at 11:00 AM.
Interment Druid Ridge Cemetery, Pikesville, MD
