Obituary for Manwell Edward "Manny" Hall
Manwell “Manny” Edward Hall, age 57, of Sykesville, MD, son of the late Floyd Howard Hall Sr., and the late Winterfred Mabel Bishop Hall; departed this Earth on Tuesday, May 17, 2022.
Manny was born September 12, 1964, in Baltimore, MD.
He worked as a Custodian at South Carroll High School and also an independent contractor at Thunderhead bowl and Grill in Taneytown, MD.
Manny was a man who enjoyed Karaoke, especially singing Me & Mrs. Jones and spending time with his Family and Friends. One could always find him by listening for his voice as he sang while doing anything and everything. When Manny was not working at the school or bowling alley you could usually find him in the kitchen whipping up something good for other people. Manny also enjoyed going camping with family and friends and always planned on living the RV life someday.
Manny leaves behind to mourn, his wife of 20 years Jennifer Hall and five wonderful children, Tyrone, April, Corey (son-in-law), Shiann and Jamison, also four grandchildren.
Manny is proceeded by not only both his parents but also his brother Ernest “Butch,” brother Jonathan “SugerFoot,” sister Gwendolyn “Peppy” and sister Roseshell.
He is survived by mother-in-law Velma, sister Regina, sister Victoria “Vicky,” sister Florence, brother Floyd, Jr. “Junebug,” James “Jaime” (Shirley), brother Charles "Chubby" (Angie), brother Allen “Curley” (Stephanie) and Godson Randy II “Critter”, Along with many nieces and nephews, family, and friends.
Friends and family may call at the Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, PA., 1212 W. Old Liberty Road, Winfield, MD 21784 (Beside South Carroll High School) on Friday from 3-5 & 7-9 PM; where Funeral Service will be conducted on Saturday May 28, 20222 at 11:00 AM with Rev. William “Billy” Ronk of Eagle Rock Baptist Church officiating.
