Obituary for Melinda Hartig Stewart (Hartig)
Melinda Hartig Stewart, age 53, of Eldersburg, MD, died Sunday, February 12, 2023 at Carroll Hospital Center in Westminster, MD.
She was born October 24, 1969, in Baltimore, MD the daughter of Wayne E. Hartig of Catonsville and the late Linda Hartig (nee Leard).
She was the wife of James D. Stewart of Eldersburg, MD
She was a self-employed accountant; when she was younger she enjoyed duck pin bowling; she enjoyed playing bingo, going to Ocean City, being a mommy to her dogs that meant the world to her, going to antique tractor shows, truck and tractor pulls and Nascar; craft and Flea markets, and doing her scratch offs. She loved Christmas lights.
In addition to her husband and father she is survived by her Aunts Elaine Hartig of Mt. Airy and Janet Mentzer; stepfather Joe Konkowski of Eldersburg and several cousins.
