He was the husband of Pamela (Thomas) Keegan
Born October 4, 1950 in Prince Georges County, MD the son of the late Mark Euberto and the late Bettie Virginia (Attick) Keegan.
Mr. Keegan was a Carpenter and a Handyman. He was a man of Faith and had a passion for Carpentry.
Father of Kelly E. Keegan, Rebecca L. and husband Gregory McGrew, Craig and wife Devon Messick, Keith and wife Alyssa Messick, Dawn Keegan Wallace the late Mark Keegan and daughter-in-law Amy Keegan.
Dear grandfather of Brynlynn, Emmilyn, Sawyer, Keegan, Grady, Audrey, Davis, Parker, Reagan, Finnley, Julian, Kaylynn, Keith, Riley, Owen, Hattie and great-grandson Ryker.A Celebration of Life will be held at the Family home on Saturday April 3, anytime after 2:00 PM.
