Beloved husband of Olga Suvall
He was born January 1, 1960 in Washington, DC the son of the late Lawrence D. Suvall and late Ellen (Levinson) Suvall.
Richard was an engineer for NASA for over 20 years. He was a veteran of the US Navy, a Rifle Coach, a member of Monumental Rifle and Pistol Club. He loved to teach children how to shoot. He was also a HAM radio operator.
Surviving him are daughter Amanda and brothers Jerry and Robert
