Passed away Thursday, April 25, 2019 at Mercy Medical Center.
Devoted father of Jacob and Joseph Westbrook of Mount Airy, Former husband of Stacey Westbrook.
Keith was born February 11, 1969 in Washington, D.C. the son of Lewis H. Westbrook of Melbourne, FL and the late Virginia Louise Brown Westbrook. He was the dear brother of Robert Westbrook(Susan), Brenda Matthews and the late Jaqueline McAlexander(Pete). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and family members. Keith enjoyed playing pool, darts and coaching Little League Baseball.
The Family will receive friends 11 AM to 1 PM on Wednesday, May 1, 2019 with a Prayer Service at 1Pm all at BURRIER-QUEEN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, P.A., (beside S. Carroll High) 1212 W. Old Liberty Rd. Winfield, MD 21784. Online condolences may be made at

My condolences. Keith and I worked together at GE Capital ITS many years ago. A very nice guy and enjoyed working with him. So very sorry to hear of his passing.

Touching ceremony today, the memories others mentioned brought back great memories of Keith. We met through work, but it was like we knew each other forever and quickly became great friends.
